Parking Policy

1.  No unsupervised mechanical service, truck wash, and other work performed by outsider.
2. There will be no alcoholic beverages permitted on the property at any time!
3. Personal mechanical maintenance is allowed, but do not conduct business on the premises.
4. Payment is from the 1st to the 3rd of every month; a $5 fee applies per every day past due.
5. Trash is not to be thrown in parking lot. There is a container at the entrance for trash only, not tires, truck parts, oil, and antifreeze containers.
6. No oil, antifreeze, or environmental contaminant products spill is tolerated, we will report you to the City of Houston and file a claim on your company insurance.
7. No fuel trade allowed.
8. No tires disposal, a $50 applies per every tire left on the ground.
9. You are encouraged to give at least two weeks move out notice.
10.  All speed limits must be observed: 10 mph in the parking lot. Reckless driving will result in the  loss of parking privileges.
11. Please do not park on the concrete slab, or a parking lot not assigned to you. Always leave your personal car in your designated parking lot.
12. We required you to have insurance coverage for your equipment, personal injury and liability. We make everything possible to protect your integrity and equipment, but we are not responsible for any loss or personal injury occurred in the property.
13. We require calling Jennifer (Security Officer) at 832-745-7224 every time you enter the property. There are security dogs off-leash in the yard and will treat everyone as a trespasser. We are not responsible for any incidents involving the watch dogs or security officer. They oversee your goods and the property.

Release of Liability
1. I hereby release Houston Truck Repair LC of any responsibility or liability for loss and/or damages to my vehicle, including but not limited to partial or total theft, collision, fire, acts of god, weather,
construction, etc. during my car parking in the parking lot.
2. I understand that if my car needs to be removed from the premises and/or moved to another spot within the premises I will be responsible for any charges incurred.
3. I understand and agree that neither Houston Truck Repair LC, nor its trustees, directors, officers, owners, members, employees, representatives, volunteers, instructors, pets, sister/subsidiaries
companies or agents may be held liable in any way for any injury, harm or other damages as a result of parking on their property. 
4. I hereby release and forever discharge Houston Truck Repair LC from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise because of first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in
connection with an emergency during my tenure as a lessee.
5. I understand that the using the services provided by Houston Truck Repair LC may include activities that may be hazardous. As a lessee, I hereby expressly assume risk of injury or harm from these
activities and release Houston Truck Repair LC from all liability.
6. I understand that cars parked in violation of the regulations are subject to booting or towing. I further understand that violation of parking regulations may lead to revocation of parking privileges.
7. I represent to Houston Truck Repair LC that 
i. I have read this Release and fully understand its contents and the effect of its terms and provisions,
ii. I, by renting a parking spot, agree to the Release as my own free act and deed,

iii. With respect to the matters set forth in this Release, no oral representations, statements, or inducements other than those expressly contained herein have been made to me by any of the Releasees, and 
iv. I am over eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent to sign this Release and
v. I execute this release for complete and adequate consideration, fully intending to be bound by the same.

8. I agree that this Release shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
9. If any term or provision of this Release shall be held illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any law governing this Release, then I agree that the validity of all remaining terms and provisions shall not be affected thereby.

Payments are due from the 1st to the 3rd every month, There is a daily $5 fee per day after the 3rd. After ten (10) days late, your vehicle will be towed at owners expenses. 

We understand life happens, keep us posted about any inconvenience you may have to complete the payment in time. If payment is not received by the 5th, and we do not hear from you, your parking space will be lease out to the next available tenant without further notice.

Tax reflected at checkout is a 4% Credit Card fee.
